We are very close to our dogs, Jack and Phoenix. They are an extension of our family and are treated as such. However, when faced with a trip that Jack and Phoenix were not able attend, we decided to send them to K9 Rustic Ranch. Honestly, we were a bit nervous about leaving them and concerned for their safety while we were away.
Thankfully, the Riche family at K9 Rustic Ranch made this decision a very easy one for all of us. They were very professional and were genuinely concerned about the well-being of our Jack and Phoenix.
We instantly fell in love with their family and the service offered to our dogs. We were also grateful for all the “extra” services. The free bath and the pick-up/delivery service were awesome. Both our dogs smelled and looked so nice when they were brought home. Our dogs seemed genuinely happy to be there. Our next trip there will be no hesitation in calling K9 Rustic Ranch. Thank you for the peace of mind in knowing you treat our dogs like they were your own.

Kristi and the staff at K9 Rustic Ranch are absolutely first rate. We have four Rottweiler Search and Rescue dogs that we have spent countless hours training and wouldn’t trust to just anyone. All of our dogs have stayed at K9 Rustic Ranch and they all love the place. I feel completely confident that my dogs are getting the absolute best care and never worry about them while they are at K9 Rustic Ranch. Our dogs get considerable attention, play ball with Kristi, and get hugged by the kids.

We recently adopted our dog Hunter and were just getting familiar with him, but we were set to go on vacation and were really anxious about boarding him. We have heard so many horror stories about the dogs not being taken care of properly and the rates being sky high! When we saw K9 Rustic Ranch, we knew that Hunter would be well cared for! Your rates were great and the convenience of having him picked up and dropped off really helped us out! He was so clean and trim when you brought him home, it was like he went on a vacation as well! He was so happy, I think he wanted to stay a little longer! We have recommended your place to several of our friends and plan on using you for our next vacation!

I have recently moved to San Diego and was looking for the best in care for my dog Kobi. Rustic Ranch came highly recommended to me by a co-worker and have more than upheld their recommendation. Kristi has been a true delight to work with and cares greatly for the dogs she boards. Kobi frequently boards at Rustic Ranch and consistently comes home a happy and tired dog!!
